Clyde Bergemann Power Group announced their successful acquisition of the assets of Environmental Elements Corporation on December 23, 2005. The newly formed company, Clyde Bergemann EEC (CBEEC), will continue to market air pollution control products and services to the power, pulp & paper, iron & steel, rock products, petrochemical and waste industries. Clyde Bergemann EEC and its predecessor company have been engaged in the air pollution control business since 1946.
Clyde Bergemann EEC designs and supplies proprietary, large-scale, custom-engineered air pollution control systems which enable customers to operate their facilities in compliance with regulatory standards limiting particulate and gaseous emissions. The Company is capable of supplying its systems on a materials only or on a turnkey basis, utilizing the services of manufacturers and fabricators of various components, as well as field construction subcontractors. Principal customers are electric utilities and private power generators, pulp and paper producers, and developers of municipal solid waste incineration facilities.
CBEEC also enjoys a strong presence in the rebuild and replacement of existing equipment and parts. The concept of rebuild and replacement of electrostatic precipitators or precipitator components has been a part of our philosophy since 1946…a philosophy that deals with the solution of serious and expensive plant operating problems.
Experienced teams of trained personnel make thorough field inspections to determine the most economical and efficient approach to precipitator rebuilds. The same attention, detail and expertise of our highly qualified air pollution control systems personnel who engineer multi-million dollar installations also serve our refurbishment projects.
Engineering, construction, testing, service and guaranteed performance…a complete package, and one that demonstrates total commitment to our customers and to the environment. That’s how we do things at CBEEC. |
