We custom tailor every solution using the most effective modules from our proven suite of conventional and advanced boiler cleaning technology and provide fast payback by improving the process including fuel flexibility, output, availability, efficiency and operating costs of a plant.

While we are relying on the experience gathered during more than 100 years of being in the boiler cleaning business we strongly focus on further development of our solutions as demonstrated by our version of Intelligent Sootblowing, our new SmartClean suite. SmartClean is not only more effective with offering more advanced cleaning devices such as the SmartCannon and the SmartLance but also is equipped with fouling sensors that provide feedback to our SmartControls. Sensor feedback makes true cleaning on demand possible: Cleaning is initiated only when, where and as much as needed to meet the process goals. 

In addition to the power market we focus on providing cleaning solution to the global pulp and paper industry. Our specialized cleaning devices are favored by most pulp mills to maximize performance of their chemical recovery boilers.

Our cleaning systems, whether of Bergemann or Copes Vulcan design, are currently operating in more than half of all boiler plants located in our markets. We strive to provide a quick and reliable customer service for these and competitive equipment through our four North American regional support offices and our some twenty local sales representatives.
